Welcome to Biztack. By accessing or using our tools (InvoiceNG, BillNG, RetailNG) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of Service

You may use our tools for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Free & Paid Plans

InvoiceNG and RetailNG offer free tiers with limited features. Pro plans are subscription-based and can be cancelled at any time. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements provided by Biztack remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the service without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Biztack is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You use our tools at your own risk.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email or through our website for material updates.
